Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world's oldest and holistic systems of physical therapy. It was developed in India 5000 years ago. In the changing lifestyle, humans are adopting different and intuitive methods for quick relief, but Ayurveda medical system is a panacea for eradicating incurable diseases from the root. Many diseases can be avoided by this and some diseases can also be prevented from dominating. The special thing is that it does not have any side-effects. On the basis of the five elements from which our body is made, the defects and diseases associated with it can be removed. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to follow Ayurvedic lifestyle for a healthy body. By adopting this lifestyle, we consume such food, which is beneficial for the body and does not cause any harm. In such a situation, an Ayurvedic lifestyle is considered the same, in which such things are used which are made from natural products and which contain the least amount of chemicals. The way of eating and drinking water in this is also different from the usual way.
The purpose of science and its study is to develop knowledge about the universe – to form hypotheses and test them to shed light on new ideas and consciences of the world around us.
The main motto behind the Faculty of Science is to create intuitive minds which ponder over unique scientific ideas that may be inherently investigated, but as they test and re-test them, they learn through the process
and arouse a scientific curiosity.
